The best shipping preparation, with the least amount of risk for damage

Each order before it is shipped at Kids Life Furniture goes through a 102 point white glove inspection, where we open and inspect all boxes from our factory to ensure no parts leave the warehouse damaged, and that all pieces are included to the furniture that should be in the box.

We then re-box and package the items, and stack them on an individual pallet.  After palletizing, we strap and shrink wrap the pallet until it is solid, sturdy, and protected as needed with additional cardboard from risk of shipping damage.

By doing this, you can be rest assured that your order has the greatest chance of arriving in perfect condition. While damage does occur on a rare occasion, our shipping damage rates are the lowest in the industry thanks to our "above and beyond" quality control and palletization process.

All Kids Life Furniture beds are non-toxic, durable, and lead free. 

Our beds hold up to 1,000LBS of distributed weight due to their beefy solid hardwood construction and design. That's more than twice the competition making our beds strong enough to hold multiple adults safely.

Our beds meet and exceed the ASTM standards that are set forth by The Consumer Product Safety Commission. According the ASTM, the recommended age limit for all bunkbeds in the US is 6 years of age on the upper bunk regardless of distributed weight tests. There is no recommended age limit for the lower bunk. You will see mandated warning labels on the top bunk and all upright cartons stating this age requirement.

The ASTM only mandates that 400LBS of weight be slowly distributed between the 2 cleats of the upper bunk on the mattress support system. Our beds have been tested up to 1,000LBS in this manner. We routinely sell our bunkbeds to youth camps, colleges, firehouses, and men's and women's shelters since adults can safely lay down on the beds.
