If you're experiencing an issue with the product which you received, more than likely, we can assist you without a return of the item. For example, if you received the item damaged from shipment, or a part is missing for some reason, we can send out replacement parts to you quickly.

Cancelations
You may cancel your order by phone within 24 hours of placing it without penalty unless your order has already shipped. Once your order has shipped, the order may still be canceled, but not without penalties. The cost of shipping the product to you and then returning it back to us will be deducted from the refund amount.
Returns
There is a 30% restocking fee for all returning items in addition to actual freight charges billed to us when we shipped you the original item. You are also responsible for the return shipping costs to return the item to us. No exceptions. Please note, all items will be subject to inspection once we receive them, and you will be responsible for any damages or missing product in addition to shipping and restocking. If there is damage due to shipping, you will need to file a freight claim directly with the shipping company to recoup any losses.
All returns need prior approval including a “return authorization number" from KidsLifeFurniture.com. All items must be in their original packaging and shipped within 7 (seven) days of receipt of merchandise by you. Merchandise sent as postage or freight charge due will be refused.
Because all products are redesigned or modified ever couple years, there can be several versions of each bed as well as minor design changes, hardware changes and assembly requirements. The product dimensions and design will still be the same as the pictures, but there could be minor adjustments to hardware and parts over time. This could include metal vs wood slats for example, which are interchangeable and will not affect the integrity or look of the bed once assembled. Any differences from the continually evolving beds designs is not a valid reason for returning items, just as changing assembly requirements is also not a reason to return beds, case goods or accessories. Color variations from lot to lot may also occur, but should be minimal and not something which warrants a return.
Refunds
Refunds will be provided only after products have been returned, all shipping charges to and from have been deducted, restocking fees deducted, and any deductions for damages have been identified and calculated. Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after the items have been returned and inspected.
