Replacement Parts
We're happy to send you out free replacement parts for furniture products still under the original 5 year or 1 year warranty for any manufacturer based defects, or for the lifetime of the product if you upgraded to our limited lifetime warranty.
If your product is no longer covered under the warranty period, or your product sustained damage not covered by the warranty, we are happy to sell you parts and ship them to you to make the product like new.
How to place a parts replacement order
- If possible, please find your original order email receipt and send us a copy along with your request for parts.
- If you cannot find your original order receipt or email, we may be able to locate it for you, with your name, email, and phone number.
- If you do not have your original order email receipt, please try to find the bed SKU and part number as located in the original instruction manuals.
- Please send us pictures of the damaged parts, in relation to the bed itself so we can help identify the correct replacement parts
- Send all information, photos, and original receipts to sales@kidslifebrand.com for any part requests.
You can stay rest assured that if anything happens to your product while you have it, we'll be able to send out parts to repair it without you having to buy an entirely new piece of furniture. Remember, most of our furniture is made from solid hardwood - so treated right, it will last longer than a lifetime.
